Content:I believe that both lectures this week Reaserch methods and Ontology were  in a way foundation stone for all of us.The lecture by Dr.Greenes gave an overview of nature and aspects of reaserch.Personally it gave me a guidelines and protocols for reaserch work.He marked a distinct line between works that can be categorized under reaserch work and the one which can not be.For me It was really useful as I used to get confused oftenly.I also liked his talk about differnt difficulties a BMI student may be facing during his reaserch as this stream being the interface of many domains asks for a broad knowledge base.This surely will help me to focus and pogress to find a reaserch project.
After the lecture of Dr.Fridsma I was somewhat  able to figure out the need of ontology,standards and why do we need them but I also got confused  on the exact definition of it and its comparisons.But I guess the links provided my class members on definition of ontology will surely help me out.
